Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Ho. I was somewhat apprehensive since his office contacted me from a 3rd party referral regarding a car accident I was in. By the end of my visit my fears were dismissed. I was able to be honest with him and his staff. I felt comfortable with our conversation about his ethics of treatment. I liked how he explained with spinal props what area was affected and the treatment to correct the injury. I was pleased how he showed compassion when I explained how the accident happened, my concerns and fears. He assured me if he didn't see progress in 3 weeks he would refer me to someone else; his goal is giving me relief and be pain free. He also referred me to an attorney for further support, who contacted me that evening. The whole team's purpose was to take care of those extra things ie: the legal steps, the estimate process, my appointments, anything other than my recovery will be handled by this team. Rest assured this added support took all the anxiety and stress I'd been experiencing since the accident away.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cannot rave about this location and staff enough! Dr. Ho is one of the BEST! All around from professionalism and going straight to the source when it comes to pain relief and adjustments. The front desk staff is phenomenal with answering all my questions and scheduling. This is the ONLY place I go to for my chiropractic care. Thank you !
