I called to ask a yes or no question and all they could say was they are so sorry. They cannot answer me because it has to do with a prescription That they don’t help with that even though they are the one who sent me the prescription and the question had to do with what they put on the paper so in my opinion, they are not helpful. They are inconsiderate, rude, and annoying. I had to call a random eye doctor just to get a yes, or no answer.
