As far as customer service, it's horrible. I have never been in the office and after talking to the front office there, I've told my daughter to take my grandson to another doctor, because the front office is just very unprofessional and speaks as if we're bothering her about doing her job. No I was not impressed and will not recommend this doctor, but because he's not good, it's the staff that does it and gets a 1 star rating and that generous. Dr. Lenoir, please retrain your front office staff because it's not up to par at all.
