I have been dealing with Fred at the Computer Depot for many years and have found him to be personable and helpful. His advice has generally been timely and accurate. He has on occasion been able to troubleshoot over the telephone. The service has been reliable and a reasonable cost. When he has been able, he has matched prices of parts from "Big Box" stores and has always been willing to install parts purchased elsewhere. I would highly recommend this service

My dad has been seeing Fred since I was a teenager. And now I turn to Fred with all my computer and laptop issues. He's an amazing guy. Always a friendly face.
