Greg was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to repairs on my gaming PC. Very reasonable prices for the amount of work he does. Ended up buying a brand new graphics card as well, and was relieved that Greg never pressured into upselling me. Would definitely visit again with any problems with my computer.

Called the owner just to simply ask if he had a cord I needed to replace. Apparently, my reasoning for needing the cord didn't satisfy him, so he hung up on me. I called back wondering why, and then berated me and hung up on me again. I've never seen anyone be so rude over a simple inquiry. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I'm sure the fact that Greg's two locations are the lowest rated computer stores in the area is totally just coincidence.

Greg has fixed my compunter two times now and each time he did an amazing work! If you have any computer related issues take it to him!
