My son's laptop wasn't charging, I called a few places and they wanted 4 days and to charge me for a diagnostic. I called computer Surplus and the friendly staff person said to bring it in today in less than 10 minutes we had a power cord from one of their machines so that we could have power the same day for his college class! He explained that Dell laptops require OEM equipment for the charging cords.Highly recommend! These are practical people running this place
