Don't Trust this company they are a very playing people
Be careful for the estimate they will give you
they will leave you staring the project and they will start holding the planing and they will charge you more and more
They did make me going to the city and put the planing my self =, on the end they charge me for it

Not recommended CJA. They added additional fees to the contract after it was signed. They claimed that I needed to pay additional services (structural consultant fees, resubmittal engineering, ..etc) to get the build permit. From $15K contract for architect & permit services turned into 30K.I hired them in May 2019, and I just got build permit in Jan 2020. CJA dragged the process over 8 months. I just found out, I was not the only victims. CJA did exactly the same scheme to them.
