They are the Best Repair shop I have ever gone to period. I had major work done on my 2008 Mercedes S550. Suspension, Brakes, oil leaks, tires, etc, and they did a great job. The prices were more than fair. Edgar the Owner is so sweet and very accommodating. Excellent customer service.

I came in for an alignment. The person at the desk was not really welcoming. He did say hello, but that was it. After the mechanic checked the car, they brought out a print out, and the same guy that greeted me, came over to discuss what they found. They sent pictures to my phone that were helpful but foreign to me because I really don’t know what I’m looking at. The sales person from the front desk explained all that I need, which again was foreign. I could tell he was embarrassed a bit to tell me the price of over $3000. I don’t think that’s ever happened to me, in my lifetime for an alignment. He finally talked to me more like a friend and tried to make me feel comfortable because I really just wanted to run out of there. After he explained some things to me, I really understood but there was no way I was paying over $3000, without getting a second opinion. They did the alignment for about $100 but my car doesn’t feel any different. It is still pulling to the right a bit and the shimmy, I believe is from the repair needed, according to this particular company. They were very thorough in showing me the pictures and explaining to me what needed to be done. My car runs really well and is in good shape but it’s 20 years old with 173,000 miles on it, so I expect I’m going to have to replace a lot of the things they suggested. I wish they would’ve given me an alternate plan. Maybe not replacing everything all at one time and doing it in two segments, but they only gave me one choice. I would recommend this place, only to people who understand cars to the point, that when they come out to sell you a major repair, you can decide whether you really need all of that to be done.

I came in recently to get my lower ball joints done on my 2008 Acura TL Type-S. Now they aren’t regular ball joints they are extended ball joints to help the car handle better since it’s lowered. So I thought I’d ask and see if they knew how to do them since I had others tell me they couldn’t. Sure enough they were able to do them, as well as get my alignment done all on the same day & for a great price too! Shoutout to my guy Luis for taking care of my car like it was his own! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing to get work done.
