We just switched over to Concept 360 property management and I am relieved that no only was my property leased out quickly, but every contact I have had with their representatives has been super professional, timely, warm and helpful. I really feel they are happy to work with me and answer any questions I have. We did our research on Concept 360 and we already feel good about our decision to switch to to this company

Based on my experience working with the team of Concept 360 especially Michelle Sabio I have nothing but positive things to say about her. From the very beginning she was nothing but helpful by answering our questions and even adjusting to certain needs. In my search for a rental home I struggled a lot working with different teams in many ways and with Concept 360 this was not the case. She was also very helpful guiding us through the process and more importantly they take their job very serious as well as their customers and will always try to fit your moving needs. It has been a week since I moved into my new place and anytime I have questions or concerns related to the property she has provided her help and support no matter the time or what the issue is!!! Concept 360 property is a great place to start if you are in the search of a new place.
