Poor customer service. Horrible attitude. They told me the window would be closed for 20 minutes and asked me to wait. They allowed a few more people to go before me but stopped me when it was my turn. The guy was almost yelling at me. He said 20 minutes, but I was still waiting after 30 minutes. When I told the rude guy 20 minutes had passed, he said, "Then 30 minutes." I ended up waiting 36 minutes. The update says the window would be closed till 12:45, but it was 12:55 when I was still waiting. The person who asked me to wait did not know how to talk to customers. Give him some training before he is allowed to work again.
