We have had CMI manage our condo building since it was built in 2000.We are very pleased with their professionalism, helpful staff and knowledge of suitable local subs when work is needed. As a member of our HOA board, we are appreciative of their legal expertise in keeping our communal home in compliance. We recommend them without hesitation.

Exorbitant overhead for "in-house" services like plumbing and flooring, keeps the Board in its pocket to better milk the whole community, does so with complete disregard for condo laws and consumer laws, does not keep records (!), manufactures financial reports to accommodate a corrupt board which adds up to collusion, charges 20% of dues for the collection of said dues, will maintain a community in a general state of dysfunction because their bottom line generally thrives on it, and fails at basic ground maintenance, because "it" walks through the property less than once a year and ignores concerns that could well be valid concerns. Board says it's hard to find a management company, so 'best make do with this one, so here we are, totally stuck.

We have been with CMI going on three years. During our first year with them, Todd and his crew were able to secure better contracted vendors, help with getting all transferred funds and information from the previous property management company which had caused serious damage to our accounts. CMI has a great staff, very responsive and ready to help at all levels. In an emergency they had the clean up crew here within hours and followed through with getting everything taken care of. During meetings Todd and his management staff have provided expert advise, good service options and followed through with everything requested. Over this last year our association completed major projects. Resurfacing parking areas, repainting and carpeting our common areas, adding new furniture to our lobby. During this year long project they were there to advise, supervise and help with all of the vendors that we worked with. I have been on the board for most of our 14 years. We have had six different property management companies. I have to say, without reservation that CMI is the best. The staff are great to work with, they are local, as we are in West Seattle, and the 24/7 service is by far the best that I have worked with.
