The only reason one star was given instead of none, is because of Dr. Collins/Pratt in the Orthopedics Department who do a great job. I live in Wenatchee, but go to Seattle to get all of my care done due so many bad experiences here. They hire only people right of school, with no obvious training, which leads to poor care. You CANNOT get an appointment within 6 months time and if you DO get someone on the phone, they are completely rude. I need to get imaging done 2 times and thought I would get hit done in town so I wouldn't have to drive to Seattle. WRONG decision. My PCP sent a referral, but "because your PCP is not within Confluence" (YES....actually came out of the receptionist's mouth), "you will have to wait at least two weeks for us to get your results back to your PCP". WHAT????? Good thing they were not life-threatening results!! My brother had cancer and the doctor wasn't even the one to tell him....the anesthesiologist said "sorry to hear about your cancer".....NICE to find out from him instead of an actual doctor. Needless to say, there was one F* up after another with him until he passed. The only way this place will EVER get better is if people refuse to go there and go elsewhere and complain to the insurance commissioner, as I have done. Maybe they will start caring about the people and not about the money.
