ATTENTION: IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION DUE TO A WORK RELATED INJURY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Appalling lack of care. Anthony Chambers is quite literally worthless as a Healthcare provider. Unprofessional, patronizing, condescending, and flat-out rude. Never have I been so thoroughly disgusted by someone in a Healthcare setting. The lack of actual Doctors is just one of the many problems this campus is facing.

Confluence doctors, nurses, and PA's are (recent trend) cold-hearted incompetents. There seems to be provider-fatigue and that leads to routine referrals to specialists. Since the retirement of my primary doctor a couple of years ago, my medical care has slipped and slipped. Confluence has difficulty in recruiting doctors to Moses Lake, one inside source told me, thus making an excuse for inadequate (kick-patient-to-Wenatchee) care. My recent, replaced, primary provider does not listen and allowed his medical assistant to make a recent (wrong) diagnoses and he went along with that incompetent view. That said, a recent visit I made to Walk-In was handled with care and competence by a PA-C. And... Confluence Moses Lake phone service is nearly non-functional. As for the touted MyChart, today it is not working and messages to doctors cannot be sent. Confluence is in meltdown.

The reception area was very warm and friendly! I was greeted and talked to in such a kind and caring manner. Dr. Mahoney was very welcoming as soon as she walked in. She was very patient and understanding throughout the whole visit, which helped my anxiety go down. I left here feeling less anxious and worried than when I first arrived. Thank you for amazing service!
