A thanks to the wonderful staff at Confluence. I spent three days in the hospital and was treated with not only outstanding health care but with dignity respect and help with finding resources and other needs to ensure the greatest chance of success in ongoing health care after being discharged. Wonderful case management. But most of all their compassion and warmth l. Being sick and not knowing what will happen can be very scary. Again. Thank you Confluence for caring.

I'd give them a zero if allowed. It took them over 9 months for them to see me. I ended up going to Idaho (3 hr drive). I'm glad I did. I actually had cancer cells that needed to be removed. I strongly recommend not bothering with Confluence Health.

The front desk staff and nurses are great. I have gone twice and seen two different doctors from there and each visit was disappointing. Each doctor seemed to be in a rush and were quite frankly rude to me when I would ask questions. Each appointment was 15 minutes or less and I was left with a bill over $250. I don't mind paying when I get skilled care, but I don't feel like that is what I am getting when I come here. I would honestly rather pay for a plane ticket and travel to see my old dermatologist than go here again. The Wenatcheee Valley deserves better care
