Derek has done several inspections for clients of mine. His experience is VAST. From being in the building industry dating back over 20 years to being a builder himself, he has forgotten more things than most inspectors will ever even know. His attention to detail is impeccable and leaves buyers with a sense of comfort knowing no stone was left unturned. Prices are up, interest rates are up. A home is one of the biggest investments/purchases someone will ever make. If you want the security of knowing you're making the right investment in the home you're purchasing, this is the inspector to go to. Also, the being able to use one person for pest inspections, sewer scopes, foundation certs and more is beyond convenient. No need to track down multiple companies and deal with multiple appointments when Derek can do it all and do it well!

Derek really goes in depth on inspecting your new home, and really happy with his work, he answers all the questions that you might have. He also offers free reinspections if you want him to recheck if the owner/builder fix the issues!
I definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspector! You won’t be disappointed.
