I recently completed the sale of my Ballard home with Conor and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Conor was extremely helpful and detail oriented throughout the entire process. After a couple of phone conversations, an initial walkthrough of my home, and then a detailed walkthrough of my home, he prepared an in-depth report of my home in the context of the market and presented a range of options for approaching the sale from selling as-is to investing in strategic improvements to maximize appeal to buyers. He was supportive of whatever decision I made and I went with maximizing appeal and received an offer that beat my expectations. Throughout the closing process Conor would check in with me to ensure I was feeling good about the process and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Conor is the best in the business! We worked with Conor to buy our first home in the spring/ summer of 2022. We had just moved to Washington from the Midwest and were so thankful to have a friendly face to guide us through the process. Conor was able to answer questions not only about houses but also about Washington and the different cities surrounding Seattle. He was a joy to work with and made the spending weekends doing house tours a blast! We had a great first time buyer experience and are so happy in our new home :)
