I highly recommend using Conrad Roofing as a vendor for your new roof. I used the Bay area Checkbook & Yelp reviews in order to choose the (5) roofing vendors to come to my home for a quote. Based on these sources, Before I even spoke with a person at Conrad, I had decided that I wanted them to do my roof.
Arty Porter came out & assessed our roof. He is very down to earth, clear & direct. He answered all of my questions honestly and made good recommendations regarding color choices & leaf screen options.
The quoting process was very clear. The quote itself was very competitive & in line with who the other vendors quoted.
Christian answered all my questions, sometimes he answered the same questions twice. He provided me with all the information I asked of Conrad. He was very accommodating with regards to scheduling the job.
