Used this provider for over a year — started off great. The service was fine and the price was reasonable. Fast forward to now and I can never get a tech to come out to service my fiber internet. Every time I call I talk to someone that can’t help me and I have to wait for a tech to call me back to schedule an appointment —which never happens. Price went up $25 randomly with no explanation. I was able to get one tech out during my 2 months of unreliable internet service and he was not able to fix the problem. After seeing all the additional horrible reviews of this company and realizing it’s not just me, I am now switching to a more reliable service.

Had my Fidium Fiber ( aka Consolidated Communications ) installation on 12/21/23, now 1/8/24 and the connection has never worked. I called Fidium 3 times and have never had an actual call back. Just now, I ordered my disconnection and they still haven't called me back. I have worked in the IT industry for a while and this is the worst installation of service that I have ever experienced. Since I WFH, I'm super stoked that I didn't cancel my Xfinity primary. Just look away and don't bother with Fidium.
