My trash was not picked up which is not a big deal so I call to inquire about the issue. When I talk to the office staff they give nothing but hollow excuses. They do everything but call me a lier. "The driver marked on their paperwork that he did the pickup." This is either an honest mistake or a blatant lie on his part. The office staff then proceeds to get an attitude which is not good service. It is disrespectful for a business to not provide the service they are paid to do then when confronted about it to act like this. It's too bad there are no better options in this market because if they had competition in the market they would be forced to become a better business. As it stands they have horrible customer service and possibly dishonest personnel. It's just too bad.

I don't understand why this has 2 stars... I didn't have any issues with them. I moved here a year ago from Seattle and signed up for garbage pick up and they are great! The woman on the phone was friendly and explained the cost for garbage pick up and the different options for renting a can. Our trash is picked up around 8am at the earliest and sometimes a little later around 10 but that's okay with me.

Every time I tried and call The office in Ephrata, nobody answers or calls back. 2 weeks now my trash hasn't been picked up even though I fixed the billing situation online. It's no wonder the ratings are so low online!
