Can’t contact them… keep calling call get dropped every time, if I can’t contact and discuss my account I’m not going to continue business, as of right now I don’t recommend and will have to look for more numbers to call

These people were never too busy to answer my questions. They were always empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this agency! As one debt was paid off, I was asked if I wanted to apply that amount to another debt. They did not assume that was what I wanted, and of course I said yes. I had none of those problems that these negative reviews have stated. May God bless this company!

I’ve been working with CCCF for a couple years and I have to say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made! They really helped me get out of debt quick and easily. I never had issues updating accounts, or having my questions answered. They are prompt in answering phone calls and every agent has been kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!
