I showed up on crutches shortly before my appointment. The person distributing equipment acknowledged my name then disappeared for 10 minutes. There are no chairs to sit on while you wait, although I was the first appointment of the day. When he came back out, I learned that he had opted to take a phone call that had just come in while I waited outside. He apologized but I wouldn't have expected this behavior.

Not sure how the other review is relevant to the amazing work that this organization does. So lame they gave it 1-star so I was compelled to leave a 5-star review. I broke my ankle and I was able to immediately get a knee scooter and shower stool. Everything is free and the folks working there are volunteers. They send intermittent emails to check in and you can return items early or keep them beyond the allotted time frame. It’s truly a wonderful resource to not only make critical medical equipment accessible for people of all financial backgrounds, but it’s also a wonderfully sustainable way to go about it as well, saving a bunch of needless new purchases by a lot of folks. Thanks for what you do!!!
