Brian is excellent! He's come out a few times for minor new home owner type things and is always on time, personable, professional, and is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He's quick to respond and update both via phone and text. Most recently he came and fixed a leaky basement drain that was both making a mess and preventing us from completing our project.
