These employees and volunteers know their stuff! Love the friendly greetings, the helpfulness, and knowledgeable suggestions. We also love making an appointment with Elaine for Sheila to trim our little pomsky's nails. They are the BEST. We have been to other pet stores in town, but none compare!

Prices okay but the friendly service is what makes the place great. They'll get you whatever you need and it's just a great neighborhood pet store.

Both times we have gone in, the clerk was super friendly and helpful. We only bought birthday cookies but we were given treat samples, which all 3 of our dogs appreciated. The cookies were super cute and well loved by all the dogs. Here is Addie Mae greatly enjoying her birthday cookie!
