Found exactly what I'm looking for for a very good price. I know there are tons of negative reviews but here's what I think: I think the shop owner is a well-travelled and knowledgeable woman. If you just listen to her and ask questions about her collection, you might learn some amazing things! Be respectful of her store; it's possible she is abrasive on the start because people go through recklessly and with entitlement. Have some respect for your elders and keep open ears. You might just be surprised. I'll visit again and again.

Cool store but as I was leaving, I said "Quite the collection." She just said "Mhm." I asked "Did you travel for a lot of it?" Owner just said "SOME of it, not all of it." And I said "Very cool store. Thank you," as I was leaving. Not a peep from her. Like, ok. I hate people too, but close your shop if you ain't wanna talk to people. The antique absinthe glasses weren't even that good a collection which is what I was curious about. Wish I was a rich person who could afford a whole home and boutique in SF that I get to sit inside all day.

This is my favorite shop in SF. It’s a great place if you know what you’re looking for. I’ve bought a cast iron pot, cooling rack, serving tongs, a stove top espresso maker, and a few cooking books over the years. Beautiful, functional kitchen gear all in excellent condition. The owner is no nonsense but incredibly interested and knowledgeable.
