Ordered a Le Creuset salt cellar 10 days ago. When I did not receive shipping information, I contacted the company 4 times, via website chat, email, and 2 phone calls. I was told I'd get a response as to status of the order, which never happened. Will now ask for refund of item or dispute the charge. Do not order from this store.

I placed an order in April for a cookware set and it’s finally arrived at their store to be shipped! The All Clad factory shut down, so I can understand the delays. I made a few changes to my order and Kat was very nice and accommodating, even when I contacted her every few weeks for an update on my order. I’d definitely shop here again in the future.

Originally I was thrilled to find the item I had been searching for on this site. I was so excited I ordered it right away on 12/7/2021. Well since then I have heard absolutely ZERO. I have tried to chat to them via website, email, and phone. I have yet to get a response. I still want the item but I would also like some communication. I am just asking when it will ship? Today is 12/23/2021. This was a gift so it is clear to me that it will not be here for Christmas, and unfortunately the gift was for my mom. Who is an avid cook. I am happy to update this review as I get some response or if I get a response. So far an unhappy customer.
