I live nearby so I’ve been here a handful of times and regretted it every time. Their muffins are stale and abhorrently messy, the coffee is the most expensive I’ve seen yet mediocre, the service often leaves something to be desire (not necessarily bad but not good enough to make up for their subpar, overpriced menu). And after today I won’t be going back again. I ordered a burrito and biscuits&gravy online. The bag was sitting on the counter ripped and crinkled. I was in a hurry(hence ordering ahead) so I grab the food and go. In the car I check the bag because it felt very light and see the burrito wasn’t in there. They claimed it was there as if I took it out but reluctantly offered to remake it as if they were doing me a favor for giving me the food I already paid for. And in the end the burrito was bland and inedible. Neither me nor my kid made it even halfway through our food before finding something else to eat.

These guys are great! I come in pretty regularly and get the same thing. These guys all know my "usual" and half the time have it ready by the time it's my turn to order! Everyone is nice, even when my food order is complicated! Usually fast, and always good.

Since they call themselves a bakery, I got a muffin. It was sunken in the middle but I naively thought it had some kind of filling and just looked weird. Unfortunately the taste was not good either, very wet and off flavor. I think maybe it was underdone or missing some ingredients and shouldn't have been put out for sale. Service was good.
