Can I leave less than one star? I would if I could. We spent almost 20k with them two years ago. We've had some issues with the install.

My wife called them repeatedly...like a couple of times a week for a few weeks, with no response. She finally gets through and speaks to someone today, and rather than actually trying to help, they get snotty with her on the phone, and then just hang up on her. Who does that? This is extremely unprofessional.

Forget that we spent that much money and they should stand by their work, they dont, you never treat anyone like that, ever! If you need any services like this in your home, please, please, go somewhere else.

it's too bad there aren't more positive things to choose from. The crew from Cool Heat 365 are one of the best i've dealt with in years. They are courteous and respectful. One of the items I absolutely loved about Rusty and the team is that he'd explain why he's doing something a certain way and open to suggestions. Hong was a perfect manager of the team and you can see the respect they all have for one another. I'd highly recommend this company if you're considering installing any mini splits. We've had it in for a week and it's the perfect solution for cooling the house down during hotter days.

Initial purchase of tens of thousands of dollars of equipment was fine… trying to get services on that equipment has been less than fine. Our water heater(that they installed) has had leaking issues twice in the two years we have owned it. The most recent time the technician told me that leaking was normal, the alarm beeping on the water heater was normal, and that he would order a part and someone would call me back for scheduling. After waiting a month, I called them back and got no response. Called again, no response. Called again… the scheduler I spoke with tried to tell me that a service had been performed when the technician was out (absolutely did not happen), and then got offended that I was frustrated. Offered to send out the same technician that had told me the water heater was installed incorrectly, and hung up on me when I mentioned I may look for service elsewhere.
