I had a tire blowout late afternoon on Friday of Labor Day weekend and brought my car to Cooper's. Lance took care of me and gave me a Labor Day 2 for 1 discount on 4 new tires as I was close to my 60k warranty on my tires. Start to finish was just over an hour and I was on my way. Had great conversation and customer service with the staff.

Now I did only get an oil change but these guys seem pretty legit. I was able to get a great deal on the oil change and as requested they rotated the tires and did a full inspection on the vehicle. They even took pictures of everything that they recommended needed fixing at some point. They also didn't push me at all to get it done with them. They were quick and kind and reasonable! What more can you ask for. Hoping they remain this way as I do more business with them it's so hard to find honest mechanics these days

We had a car that had theft damage. We were hoping to repair and use. They were honest to tell me how long it would take to look at vehicle, explained their estimation of damages, patient when I couldn’t respond because of other duties, and familiar with our insurance adjuster and processes. I would definitely use them again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kept things moving.
