This place is the real deal! The team at Cooper's Collision, including Ray, Chase, and Mick, are the most wonderful and helpful people I have ever met at a car shop. These guys know everything about cars and they are here to help their community. My car battery died and I live a couple blocks away from Cooper's Collision. After struggling to find someone to help jump my car, I walked over to Cooper's and asked if they could give me a hand. Chase immediately offered to jump the car and even came back a second time when it died again! Chase was so friendly and helpful, and he never once made me feel bad for asking for his help. He treated me so kindly and I'm incredibly grateful for his expertise and assistance. He is one in a million! These guys are not at all pretentious or condescending--they are good people who care about others and getting the job done right. I cannot recommend this shop enough. These guys are honest, hard-working, and highly skilled. Thanks to everyone at Cooper's Collision for being such a great business in our community!

Had some minor under carriage body damage. January in the front office and Chance, who did the work, were both VERY helpful, friendly, and professional. The experience was more than I ever expected. Would recommend checking this business out to anyone needing auto body work. I was impressed with all aspects of my experience. They have moved from where I remember them being (right next to the Post Office on 27th) to up the street just a little on Adams. They are next to the Dental office and across the street from the school. GREAT business experience.

Coopers replaced the bumper on my Camry. A few weeks later, someone hit me in the parking lot and the paint on the newly painted bumper split. I returned to Coopers who said it wasn’t their problem, the paint hadn’t”cured”. I later took it somewhere else (Pacific Motor Company) who told me that the bumper hadn’t been prepped properly and that’s why the paint split.
Don’t use Coopers, they did a very poor job then lied about it.
