Visiting for the marathon race last weekend in North Bend. Packet pick up was down the road so we had reservations to eat.
Reservation process was smooth and a table was ready upon arrival.
Service was very slow.
I ordered chicken Alfredo. Very land and not enough sauce. The bread with it on the side was good, but small. Salad wasn’t the best. I should have gotten the Caesar salad.
Spaghetti was bland as well as the meatballs. One dish in our group had yummy sauce. So 1/4 enjoyed the meal.
The atmosphere was dark. Carpet in the restaurant. And the temperature was very warm inside. Uncomfortably warm.
Limited options in the area to eat.
I recently dined at Copperstone and had an exceptional experience that I can't wait to share. The food was some of the best I've had in town! The meatballs are fresh, made by hand, and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and paired wonderfully with the rich, flavorful sauces.
Our server was incredibly attentive and had such great energy, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the owners, Troy and Adriana, came out to introduce themselves, adding a personal touch that made my group feel truly special.
Overall, Copperstone exceeded all our expectations, and I will absolutely be back. I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Can't wait to return!
