Buying a drone, UAV, quadcopter, multicopter or whatever you want to do it is not a "one and done" purchase. There will always be more stuff you need, and things will need adjustment, replacement, etc.

So it really makes the most sense to buy one at a local shop, staffed by friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused people who will support you in whatever way you need.

Copter shop is that place. I bought a Phantom 3 Advanced from them, and they have been very helpful in answering newbie questions, helping me work through issues, and keeping me flying. Every person there has been good to work with, and every contact has been a positive one, unlike some other hobby shops I've been in.

And no, I'm not an employee, and am not being paid for this review. I genuinely am impressed with the customer service I have received after the sale, and I will continue to buy stuff from them.
