I contacted Alexia when I was first deciding whether I wanted to sell my house. She explained different options, potential results, listened to my thoughts and was so helpful in assisting me to make the best decisions. Once I decided to sell I realized from her input that the sale would be best after I did some fixing up, such as a new roof. The process took longer than expected and Lexi continued to be supportive, concerned, informative and in touch. Her calmness, clarity, patience and help during this process were invaluable. Lexi is a great listener and can also be assertive without being pushy.
