THIS REALTOR AND BROKER ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Had the worse experience with realtor Lindsay Mandjek and her broker Bryan Hogge during a house purchase. Lindsay failed to tell me that the 20 day rent back from seller was FREE RENT for those twenty days. I didn't find out until signing at escrow with notary. I also told here when we did initial offer that garage had to be disinfected due to strong pet odors and now she's backing out of that, not remembering our conversation about it, gas lighting me and telling me that the cleaning fee doesn't cover the garage and that we never agreed to it, when that was the first thing I mentioned to her initially. Lindsay just cares about her commission and not her clients. It was reported to her broker Bryan Hogge who did not take care of the situation in favor of the buyer at all; too greedy to let go of the mighty buck in their pockets. Worse experience I've had buying a house. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to buy a home- they can't be trusted.
