I can't say enough great things about Matt and Core Fitness. I went in ready to learn more and do things the better and healthier way. It's a safe zone to go to as no judgements and he lets you know where you are at rather then push until you don't want to show up ever again. I enjoy the variety I get in my sessions and the knowledge I'm taught.

I decided to work with Matt because I was in a rut with my home workout program. His home gym has everything you would need for a wide array of workouts whether it's strength or cardio based and he does a good job of programming a different type of workout each session. He is passionate about form and technique and makes mobility a priority. As a bonus he is certified in soft tissue techniques which can be part of your session(s)!

I really enjoyed working with Matt at CORE Fitness Camps and Training. He was great to work with and met me where I was in my fitness journey. He assessed my current fitness level, commitment, and personal goals before creating my custom fitness plan. Matt easily adapted the plan when I noticed mobility issues in my shoulder. He implemented weekly accountability that was both encouraging and motivating. I highly recommend Matt to anyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
