I thought being 3000 miles away from the lot I wanted to sell would be difficult. I was so wrong. Corinn Crowley not only took an interest in my property but ensured she understood my goals and desires in selling it. Since I had owned the property for many years, she took care of everything to make sure the property met the requirements of the County Fire Department. She personally worked with a Fire Abatement Officer, contacted and scheduled the removal of the necessary vegetation and was present during the final inspection. Prior to implementing the MLS listing, she contacted the neighbors regarding their interest in the lot and any concerns they had in its sale. She handled all inquiries from interested buyers and in short order, the lot was sold. All this was accomplished while keeping me updated and informed.
