I recommend Corinne without any reservations! She was very personable, communicative, and knowledgeable, which was valuable as a first time home buyer in Oakland. I especially appreciated her expertise and advocacy. She has an incredible knowledge of the housing market in the Bay Area, and has accumulated a wealth of advice, tips, and intuitions that were very helpful to us. We received a down payment assistance loan from Alameda County (AC Boost), and she was very familiar with the ins-and-outs of this program. We also felt that Corinne was a peronal advocate for us. She went out of her way to text, call, and email about big and small things, communicated with other agents in a timely manner, and made us feel very taken care of.

We loved working with Corinne! She is incredibly savvy and was able to educate and advise us in our home search with efficiency and directness. Her advice was always clear and interested without being pushy and we naturally trusted her a lot since she has been in real estate for so many years! Once we were in contract, Corinne was extremely helpful in advising us how to negotiate and what we would need to be aware of as far as compliance and permits as soon as the sale was completed.
