Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Corky's Pest Control. The customer service was horrendous, and the on-site pest control services were even worse.
To start, their treatment for pests like spiders and ants was completely ineffective. Despite their claims, no cobwebs were cleaned during their visits. It was evident that the technicians were just going through the motions without actually addressing the problem.
Moreover, my attempts to contact them for a resolution have been futile. I have sent four emails over the past few weeks, and not a single one has been answered. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any business, especially one that claims to value its customers.
When I finally decided to call their office, hoping to speak with someone directly, I was transferred to an answering machine. This added to my frustration and confirmed the lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
They even told me they would come back to respray and take care of the cobwebs, but nothing has changed. My Ring Camera didn't capture anyone passing by, entering my yard, or even knocking on the front door. It’s clear they never showed up, despite their promises.
I cannot in good conscience recommend Corky's Pest Control to anyone. Their poor customer service and ineffective pest control measures have left me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your pest control needs.
This was a good company, we used them for many many years, it all changed when they merged with another company, and Hell broke loose. Appointments delayed, service calls cancelled, messages and emails with no replies, even when we emailed asking them to cancel our service no one bothered to contact us asking about the reason. Try to find another reputable company and stay away from Corky’s if you can.
