I have been a resident of Sterling Manor for the past 10 years and all I can say is that Cornell and associates has been absolutely exceptional. I would also like to especially mention our property manager, Susana Dos Santos. With Susana, I have seen the highest degree of professionalism and utmost efficiency.. She makes sure that every resident’s needs are met promptly with care and devoid of stress. She keeps the premises clean and tidy and the whole dynamics of the building flowing smoothly. Susana does a remarkable job in ensuring the safety of the residents at all times so that even being on ground level I feel safe which for me is very important.. With that being said, I have to mention that Susana has that personal touch, kindness, warmth and attention to detail that makes Sterling Manor feel like a welcoming community on its own. To sum it all up, Cornell and Associates is a great management company to have a relationship with . And with Susana at the helm of its operations at Sterling Manor, one couldn’t ask for anything more, just pure excellence and professionalism.

My partner and I have been renting from Cornell & Associates for almost a year now. Before renting with Cornell, we were living in a nightmare apartment building and dealing with a management company that couldn't have cared less. The townhouse we now rent from Cornell & Associates is exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. I've been so impressed with the professionalism, communication, and care given from this company and those they contract out for maintenance services. I recently put in a maintenance request and it was resolved within 12 hours. It's a huge relief knowing we are supported and feel so comfortable in our space.

My first apartment in Seattle has been with Cornell & Associates at Dumar Apartments and it has been a positive experience.
The building manager Melyssa was great and easy to work with. When things broke they got fixed fast, I never had issues with paying rent or using their online portal, and building neighbors were quiet and respectful.
I loved living here for 3.25y and would recommend Dumar apartments. I only had my rent raised once in that time and it wasn't too large of an increase.
