Kyle was very thorough, friendly and answered all of my questions. He was on time and provided a detailed inspection report that was easy to understand and specially called out any issues that needed to be addressed now and/or items that are minor in scope that can be fixed easily now before they become a issue. Very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.
