Caleb is very knowledgeable -- he took the time to thoroughly answer any questions. Moreover, he took my loan approvals from other lenders and provided me with a competitive offer. Also, he was always available to respond same day.
One of the reasons why I personally chose Cornerstone is that they continue to service the home loan after closing. I value building a relationship with my lender, because I intend to grow my business with them in the long run. Most lenders will close the loan then sell it to another company who services the loan, which was a thumbs down for me.
The entire Cornerstone team kept me updated every step of the process via email, text and phone. They coordinated with all the key players like my real estate agent, home insurance company, title company, etc.. Once my offer on a home was accepted, the team was quick and efficient to close the loan. The current market is extremely competitive and this team did an awesome job making sure I closed on time.
