Had an alarm issue - called on Saturday and Duane called right back with a workaround. Scheduled a service call and Spencer came out today, right on time, and replaced the switches on the grinder pump. Excellent experience and service! Thanks so much!!

Our pump was making a scary whining noise so loud the kids couldn’t even nap, that noise signaled to me at least that it was going to be an expensive fix well Duane Morrow our excellent technician was able to repair our pump without replacing it and gave me pointers on things I could do to preserve and extend the life of my pump. A great technician with a great attitude, he was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable don’t hesitate to call if you’re having pump issues ask for Duane Morrow he’s the man with a plan!

Always use this company if your E-One Grinder Pump has an issue. I went to another company first (Beacon Plumbing) and they quoted me $11,500 to replace the pump after doing no testing to diagnose a problem. Correct Equipment came out in one day and fixed the pump (not replace) and got it back up for $1038. The two guys that helped were Santos and Vince and they were great. They kept me informed about what they had to do and how everything worked. They were very professional and trustworthy. It was a great experience working with this company. I gave all my neighbors their card.
