Overall did a nice job cleaning and I would recommend if you need 1 piece cleaned, such as a suit/dress. I brought a bunch of dresses in, 1 being my old wedding dress that was stained very badly. The dresses were done sooner and all came out great but an additional dress was included (I guess it’s better than one piece missing!). I hope that person gets their dress!
My wedding dress was cleaned wonderfully- they were able to get most of the stains out. I’m so glad I opened the bag at the cleaners as the sewed on beaded belt had been removed (unstitched for cleaning) and was missing. They were able to find it and got it sewed back on for me, but it was very stressful and took an additional week. I also had to call every few days to get an update- no one was reaching out to me about it which was annoying. I’m glad it was sorted and everyone was very kind during the process.
