Dr. Marco takes such wonderful care of Jade, continuing to fill her with hope and confidence about the future while she navigates her college years. Our family is forever grateful for Dr. Marco and the entire Cortica family.

Cortica Marin is the only Cortica center that does not accept Tri-care (insurance for military families). According to our insurance, they are in network but Cortica Marin is refusing to accept our PPO insurance. This means they did accept it at one point but decided not to accept insurance of military families any longer. Why would Cortica Marin not want to help a well insured military family dealing with Autism? They will if we pay cash. This is totally unacceptable and frankly appalling. They refuse to work with us and put us in touch with someone who can actually re-enroll for our family. I am beyond upset that Cortica Marin is so anti-military families. I am feeling defeated as many of the ABA service providers in the area have shuttered since Covid. Cortica is the only place in Marin that is offering ABA services and to have them refuse to treat my son unless we pay cash is devastating to us and completely opportunistic.

Our family can not say enough good things about our experience with the therapist and all of the staff at Cortica. We are seeing tremendous changes in our daughter's development in a very short amount of time. The team is first class, professional and total advocates for their patients and the results speak for themselves.
