Cory was wonderful from start to finish. He guided us with expertise and knowledge in the selling of our home. He gave very valuable advice along the way from staging and showing to all the details of negotiating the contract. He impressed us with a thorough analysis of comps that helped us feel confident in determining the list price of our home. We really appreciated his responsiveness to all our questions and his attention to all the details. We couldn't have been more happy. Selling a home can be very stressful and exhausting at times, but Cory remained calm and professional throughout the whole process.

Cory was our realtor and we were pleased with our experience! He was always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We were able to see house showings quickly after showing interest in the home, and he always came prepared with the information about the house. For whatever reason that Cory couldn’t help us, he always made sure one of his assistants were there to help. Cory always kept us in the loop with everything during the closing process. He made the home buying experience really smooth and easy. We would recommend Cory to anyone!

Thanks to Cory and his team for helping us find a wonderful home. He helped make the process easy in signing us up for auto-notifications when houses that matched our preferences came on the market. Was very responsive in making sure we knew any times he would be unavailable and who to contact in his absence.
