Will ONLY work with Cory and his team. After meeting with Cory and listening to his marketing strategy for how he was going to list my property in Pasadena I basically told him "I trust you 100%, you do what you do and just tell me how I can help." My house sold for 100K over asking, and after jumping through hoops to help get my house closed (we had some struggles with the buyers agent), Cory, Nancy and his team handled everything with the utmost professionalism, patience and held my hand every step of the way. I am now in the middle of doing a 1031 exchange into 3-4 new properties with him and I know that he's "got my back" and am excited to see where he takes me. Now my parents are listing their house with him next weekend, where he will help, prepare and assist them in their final chapter into assisted living, and I couldn't be more happy knowing that their needs will be met with the same integrity and professionalism. I trust Cory and he will be my ONLY choice for my real estate planning needs and the only team I would recommend to anyone.

Cory Boldroff not only provides the complete solutions relating to seniors transistioning in life, Cory taught a class today and shared his wisdom with others in the room and for about 100 of us registered on zoom on how to build relationships and grow partnerships with those we help. Very informative, thank you for sharing.
