The management of the facility has been notably deficient. Over the course of our last four visits, there have been repeated errors in medication orders, including incorrect dosages and prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. Additionally, there have been consistent issues with the scheduling and administration of necessary lab work, which is required every four weeks prior to appointments. Frequently, we are either provided with outdated requisition forms or the orders are overlooked entirely, forcing us to urgently coordinate lab tests to ensure results are available prior to our consultation. Hope the facility addresses these shortcomings to maintain and can regain our trust.

Very clean and professional office and staff.
My visits have primarily been with Elizabeth (Eli) Wood for hair loss. She was awesome! Doctors I went to in the past didn't have any knowledge of hair thinning in African American women, didn't test, and offered no advice because my hair "looked" thick from their perspective.
Eli truly listened and then blew me away with her knowledge of hair loss causes and treatments. She did the necessary testing and returned with a diagnosis and treatment reccomendations. Greatful to finally have answers after a 10 year journey.
P.S. Eli had left CSDI and I recently learned she has returned. Hooray!

On time, very knowledgeable, professional, patient first attitude, a real MD did the exam! Explanation was understandable. Already scheduled my next appointment.
