Terrible customer service. Came in excited to purchase my supplies for school and they told me my ID for class was fake and need another form to make a account. I called my teacher and we went to the other cosmo prof in portland and had no problem. Not sure what the lady with medium hair dirty blonde problem was. But will never recommend this place and the other students and beau monde said never go there very rude and unfriendly.

I have always had great customer service at the 82nd Happy Valley, Oregon store. As of lately Cosmoprof seems to always be out of products I need at every visit. You never got in the Joico kit and swatch for their new colors NB series which makes it hard to use the new colors. Very disappointed as of late. How does one not have client cards to buy?

I always enjoy my trips to Cosmoprof! The store is always organized neatly so it's easy to find what I'm looking for quickly, and if I can't for some reason the emoyees are really quite knowledgeable on the location of all their products as well as product knowledge. They listen to us professionals when we have tried something new and discuss our likes and dislikes, and are really good about passing that info on to the next person. They are good about not having anything be out of stock on the shelves. They carry quality brands and the shopping experience overall is usually positive.
