I received the best customer service from Raquel she was so helpful! She also went out of her way to make sure I could get more products from the Antioch store as well! Thank you so much!!

The ladies in the store definitely demonstrate unconscious bias. The manager and associates. They didn't carry any ethnic hair products. Paul Mitchell was the only relaxer they had. No professional black products either. No design essentials . They kept positioning themselves to "watch us" I had a wallet and a pomeranian with me. No suspicious bags just suspicious skin...There were associates at the register but the lady with the tablet in the BACK of the store volunteered to ring us up. It was strange because I walked passed her 3 times already. She never said hi....may I help you or anything. She was the manager she asked for my card in a very condescending manner. I opted to give her my number. I'm sure at that point it should have shown I've been practicing cosmo since 1993. Besides that you must be a professional to shop there🤷🏽♀️. I was not treat like a fellow cosmotologist or client or customer. Antioch is in the hood but they give you customer service before you pay. Unconscious bias is soooooo unfortunate. I won't be back and in salons word spreads like wild fire. It's free to be nice especially while your on the clock. I would give negative starts if it were at all possible.
