I’m sorry to say, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with getting something from Costco. I wasted half of my day to have the delivery team tell me I was not home because they showed up at the wrong address, and when I tried to get them directions to the right address they already moved on to the next delivery and told me that I need to call back to reschedule my delivery. Prior to delivery I mentioned that they are delivering to a new development and to please make notes. They did not read the note! Needless to say I have canceled my order and will go some where else to pick up my couch.
