Optometrist gave me the wrong prescription, it was a hassle to get an appointment for a new prescription since the computer was constantly down. I tried explaining that to the Optometrist but she blamed me for not coming with in 90 days. I don't remember being informed of this at all. She had horrible customer service.

Pricey, paid for brand name glasses and got pair that looked like they were straight off the rack in the store. Scratched and look used. I was told they where the last ones in stock. I really need them for work and can't wait for a new pair. Wont be buying here again.

They have 3 people working. They are slow and not friendly. Feels like a high volume store but not staffed to handle the guests. The doctor there are great, but that is not really part of Costco.
